Power Outage Update - Warming / Charging Station Information

As of 5:00 pm today November 1, 2017, approximately 30% of the National Grid customers in Andover remain without power.  Restoration and Recovery efforts by National Grid are ongoing.

All town departments have been actively engaged in the response efforts and we are working closely with National Grid to facilitate the power restoration process.

The following resources will be available to Andover residents today:

  • The Memorial Hall Library will remain open through 9:00 pm and will serve as a warming and charging station.
  • The Senior Center at Punchard (located at 30 Whittier Court) will remain open until 11:00 pm this evening and will also serve as a warming and charging station. Refreshments and warm food will be available at the Senior Center. If you need a ride to the Senior Center, please call 978-623-8320 to arrange for transportation.

On Thursday morning, the Senior Center will reopen at 5:00 am to serve as a warming and charging station. Transportation services will be available starting at 8:00 am.

Update: School will be open on Thursday.
