The Town of Andover now offers the option of paying several types of municipal bills electronically using third-party payment processing services.
On-line payments can be made quickly and easily via electronic debit from a checking account or with a credit card.
Pay current Real Estate and Motor Vehicle Excise BillsPayments made by electronic debit are free of charge. Payments made by credit card are assessed a convenience fee by the service provider (calculated and displayed prior to submitting payment). MasterCard and Discover accepted.
Pay DELINQUENT Motor Vehicle Excise BillsMotor Vehicle Excise Bills that are over 45 days past due may also be available to pay using the delinquent link.
