Online Bill Payment
The Town of Andover now offers you the option of paying Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes electronically using UniPay Online a secure third-party payment processing service. On-line payments can be made quickly and easily via electronic debit from a checking account or with a credit card (MasterCard or Discover). Payments made by electronic debit are free of charge. Payments made by credit card are assessed a convenience fee by the service provider (which will be calculated and displayed prior to submitting your payment request).
To make an on-line payment, simply click on the above link; select Real Estate Andover from the drop-down "Activity" field; type in your bill number in the “Bill Number” field; then the tax year in the "Tax Year" field; click the “Continue” button, and follow the instructions.
Once you complete and submit your on-line payment request, a printable confirmation page will be generated instantly, followed up by an e-mail confirmation receipt when the payment is received.
