8.      Public Hearing on the Regulations Adopted by the Andover Conservation Commission Pursuant to the Town of Andover’s General Bylaw for Wetland Protection, Section 4 (3) Building/Structure Setbacks under Article XIV, Andover Wetlands Protection By-Law, to enact the following change for the purpose of clarifying the setbacks of sports courts which includes deleting sports courts in its entirety under Section 4 (3) Building Structure Setbacks “Building/Structure 7.”  (LC & PF)

Town of Andover Conservation Commission Wetland Application Policies

9.      Public Hearing on the Town of Andover Conservation Commission Wetland Application Policies under Article XIV, Andover Wetlands Protection By-Law, to enact the following change to those Policies for the purpose of clarifying the application of those setbacks to the Wetlands Protection Act applications which includes deleting Paragraph 6 of the current Town of Andover Conservation Commission Wetland Application Policies in its entirety and adopt the following language:  6.  Setbacks.  Section 4 (3) of the Town of Andover Conservation Commission Wetland Protection Regulations, entitled “Building/Structure Setbacks”, as it may be amended from time to time, is incorporated herein as if restated here in its entirety, as the applicable setbacks under these Policies.  The Conservation Commission will take into consideration review of setbacks in effect at the time of approval of projects and/or subdivisions.  (DC)
