Outdoor Dining License

At the 2008 Town Meeting the residents of Andover approved a by-law allowing outdoor dining on public sidewalks from April 1 to October 31. Interested business must apply to the Board of Selectmen for a license. The license is valid for only one season and must be reapplied for annually.
Completed application packets must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office at least three weeks prior to a regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen’s meeting.
