DCS continues to rate the pulse of the community and transfuse their ideas into valued programs for its citizens now and in the future. A vigorous departmental effort continually improves service to our citizens. Healthy enrollment is attributed to a repertoire of community-based instructors, streamlined registration including Fax, VISA/MasterCard, overnight mail box and increased identification with the DCS catalog.
