Open Meeting Law Notices are posted herein in accordance with M.G.L Ch. 30A, Sec. 20 and 940 Code of Massachusetts Regulations 29.03. The complete Meeting Notice, including a listing of topics the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting, can be found by selecting the appropriate meeting notice and choosing the File Name. Open Meeting Law Notices are accessible to the public in the Town Clerk's Office, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, MA during normal business hours. In the event the Town web site is not available for posting Open Meeting Law Notices due to power outages, storm damage or for any other reason, Meeting Notices will be posted on or adjacent to the handicapped accessible entrance on the first floor of the Town Office Building.
