I-93 Request for Proposals Form-Based Code

Interstate 93 Tri-Town Interchange Development Area Andover, Tewksbury & Wilmington, Massachusetts

The Towns of Andover, Tewksbury and Wilmington have issued a Request for Proposals to update land use regulations by creating a Form Based Code to support development of the Interstate 93 Tri-Town Interchange Development Area. New regulations will facilitate the development of this area into a sustainable mixed-use district supporting smart-growth development. RFP is available from the Wilmington Director of Planning and Conservation, Carole Hamilton, Wilmington Town Hall, 121 Glen Road, Wilmington, MA 01887 by phone, 978-658-8238, or e-mail: chamilton@town.wilmington.ma.us RFPs are available as of April 15, 2009, and proposals will be due at 1pm on Friday, May 22, 2009. The Towns reserve the right to reject any or all proposals. Project award is subject to execution of a contract with the Town of Wilmington and subject to contract agreements between the Towns of Wilmington, Andover and Tewksbury.
