RECYCLING MADE EASY
What One Can and Should Recycle Biweekly
FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP:
|
DO RECYCLE ALL CLEAN PAPER newspapers,
magazines, catalogs, junk mail, envelopes, paper bags, phone books, office paper, computer paper, file folders,
fax paper, stationery, all books with hard covers removed, spiral notebooks, boxboard (including cereal, cracker
and shoe boxes with liners removed). Shredded
paper is fine if it is put into paper bags - NOT LEAF BAGS, CLEARLY LABELED -
and closed to
prevent litter. Shredded paper also makes good
material for compost piles in the summer in lieu of
leaves.
Place all these materials in paper bags or bundle with string.
|
|
| Corrugated Cardboard that is broken down, flattened into
two feet by two feet by one foot bundles, individual pieces tied or
taped together into the bundle.
Place them next to the bin, not in it
nor in bags or boxes. |
