Overnight Parking Ban in Effect
The winter overnight parking ban on all roads and in all public parking lots within the Town of Andover will be in effect from December 1st through March 31st, 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Motor vehicles parked for longer than 1 hour on roadways and in public lots during this time will be subject to a parking violation. Vehicles that are interfering with snow and ice removal operations, regardless of the time of day, may be towed at the owner’s expense.
