Community Development & Planning
The Department of Community Development and Planning consists of the following four divisions: Planning, Conservation, Health, and Building.

Community Services
The mission of Community Services is to provide the residents of Andover a myriad of social, educational, cultural and recreational opportunities, embracing diversity and accessibility for all.

Facilities
The Facilities Department provides scheduled and routine maintenance to all Town and School buildings, building equipment, traffic signals, and Town-owned street lighting.

Facility & Field Rentals
The Facilities Services Office is responsible for scheduling and renting school buildings, the Andover Town House, and school and town fields.

Finance & Budget
The mission of the Finance and Budget Department is to build and reinforce confidence in Town financial management by managing and planning all financial functions in an efficient, cost effective and responsive manner, and, through a collaboration of team efforts, provide departments and the public with the necessary information to assure accuracy, accountability and justification.

Fire Rescue
The mission of Andover Fire Rescue is to serve the citizens of the community and its visitors by protecting them from the dangers created by man-made and natural emergencies.

Human Resources
The Human Resource Department supports the Town of Andover. Our mission is to serve employees and citizens of the town in a manner that reflects the Town's core values and diverse culture.

Information Technology
The Department of Information Technology provides centralized information and technology support and services to all Town departments and the Andover Public Schools.

Memorial Hall Library
Since 1873, Memorial Hall has provided the tools of learning, whether those tools are books, periodicals, CDs, downloadable or streaming media, or a network and computers to provide access to electronic information.

Mobile Town Hall
The Town of Andover's Mobile Town Hall is an extension of Town Offices that allows residents to access services offered by the town in a convenient location.

The Trustees and Staff of Spring Grove Cemetery are committed to providing a serene, attractive and contemplative setting for the families of the deceased.

Sustainability
Under the general direction of the Town Manager, the Sustainability Coordinator develops and administers programs and policy initiatives to advance Andover’s sustainability profile.

Town Clerk's Office
The Town Clerk is responsible for voter registrations, elections, town meeting, vital records and licensing.

Town Manager
The Town Manager is appointed by the Select Board for a five year term. The Town Manager serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer, and Chief Personnel Officer of the Town of Andover.

Veteran Services
The Veterans' Services Office is responsible for administering or coordinating all financial, logistical, medical and administrative support for over 3,000 veterans and their families in Andover.
