The Permanent Town Building Committee (PTBAC) provides advisory support and makes recommendations to address the requirements and needs of all municipal buildings, including school buildings, in the Town of Andover. The committee shall work with the Town Manager and his/her designees to help oversee major building design studies and construction projects having expected aggregate costs exceeding two million dollars. The committee is comprised of five regular members appointed for three-year terms and two or more temporary members appointed to serve during specific projects.
