The following key officials in Andover’s government shall be invited to participate in an individual interview with a member of the Town Governance Study Committee:

• Each member of the Select Board (individually)

• The Town Manager

• The Superintendent of Schools

The Chair (or Chair’s designee) of the following Boards and Committees shall be invited to participate in an individual interview with a member of the Town Governance Study Committee:

• Board of Assessors

• Board of Health

• Conservation Commission

• Council on Aging

• Planning Board

• Finance Committee

• School Committee

• Zoning Board of Appeals

• Audit Committee

• Permanent Town Building Advisory Committee

• Preservation Commission
