DeLoury Construction will be installing utilities on a portion of Elm Street between Westwind Road and Burton Farm Drive starting on October 16. This work is expected to last approximately four (4) weeks. Elm Street INBOUND, from North Andover toward Andover Center, will be detoured between Westwind Road and Burton Farm Drive. Outbound traffic will not be detoured but may experience a delay.  The detour will run from 7:00am until no later than 6:00pm. This work will affect traffic in this area. Drivers should seek alternate routes if possible.
