Pay Your Bills Online

Online bill payment is available for real estate taxes, personal property taxes, motor vehicle excise taxes, parking tickets, and municipal lien certificates.

Apply for a Building Permit

Contractors may apply for building permits 24/7 from home or office without having to visit the Town Offices. If you are not familiar with the View Permit online permitting system utilized by Andover, we have various resources available to learn how to use the system.
