The Annual Town Census will be mailed to residents at the beginning of January 2018. All registered voters must return the census each year or risk removal from the voter rolls per State law. Non-registered voters are also required to return the annual census. This information is commonly used to verify a person’s residency for public school admittance, military benefits, and in-state tuition reductions. Anyone who is leaving town for an extended period of time and at risk for not receiving the census in January should contact the Town Clerk's office at 978-623-8230.

Please be advised that you cannot register to vote using the census form. All you need is a license or an I.D. issued by the Registry of Motor Vehicles to apply online.
