The Northern Essex Registry of Deeds and Register M. Paul Iannuccillo is hosting a Deed and Homestead Information Session in Andover on February 28th from 11 am - 2 pm. The Registry of Deeds will be in Andover to:

• Answer questions about the Massachusetts Homestead Act
• Verify that a Declaration of Homestead has been recorded on your property
• Order a copy of your current deed or discharge of your mortgage
• Provide information about Andover and the Massachusetts Homestead Act.
