Each year at the Annual Town Meeting, an individual is recognized with the Virginia Cole Community Service Award. This award recognizes outstanding long term contributions to the Town of Andover in an elected, appointed, or volunteer role - or a combination of these roles. The Town will be accepting nominations until March 1, 2018.
