[ARCHIVED] Welcome to the new www.AndoverMA.gov

Dear Andover Residents and Business Owners,

I’m writing today to announce the official launch of the Town’s updated website, andoverma.gov.  The new site incorporates a fresh look, improved navigation, and new interactive tools that will improve how we communicate with you and how you can interact with the Town of Andover. This launch is part of our unification efforts that will improve productivity and enhance customer service.

Now that the new andoverma.gov is live, it is important to know that there are some areas we need to complete, features not fully integrated, and other bumps you may encounter as we fine-tune the site. We ask that you keep this in mind as you explore the new site.

  •  As you visit the new site please check out the “mega-menu” at the top of every page. The mega-menu allows you to navigate by task or organizationally.
  • Visit the new interactive calendar where you can now save upcoming committee meetings and community events in your calendar app (click the “subscribe to iCalendar” button in top right when in a calendar event), or subscribe to receive Board or Committee Agendas by email.
  • And “Get Connected” for a list of ways to get connected and stay connected to Andover by phone, email, social media, and more.

These are just a few new features we hope residents will find useful.

As part of our unification efforts Andover Public School’s website, www.aps1.net was also redesigned and we created andoverma.us, our new portal to all of the Town’s online properties.  The updates were implemented in tandem to improve user experience, staff productivity, and service delivery.

We look forward to rolling out many new features and updated content in the coming weeks and welcome your feedback.

We thank all visitors for their patience and feedback as we improve the ways in which we communicate and serve the residents of Andover.

Sincerely,

Andrew P. Flanagan

Town Manager
