The Town of Andover’s ongoing Water Main Replacement program will be replacing Water Mains in the Topping Road neighborhood to improve the reliability of water service to this area of Town. Construction activities will begin in roadway and easements June 2019. Please expect temporary road closures (except for residents), traffic pattern adjustments and water service disruptions during the construction. Residents will be notified individually of expected water distribution disruptions via letter.
The project area includes: Topping Road, Corbett Street, Juliette Street, McKenney Circle, Walker Avenue, North Main Street, and Union Street.
