Stone Hill at Andover, a 96-unit assisted living facility located at 141 Elm Street will hold a lottery in August 2019 for 14 affordable units to be occupied by income eligible persons age 55 who are clinically eligible for assisted living.
The monthly fees for the affordable units are as follows:

| 60% - 79% | $4,052 | $4,631 |
| 80% - 100% | $5,482 | $6,264 |
Monthly Fees are based on 92% of area median income and include:
• 24-hour awake on-site staffing
• Personal Emergency Response System
• Weekly Housekeeping
• Three Meals Per Day
• 45 minutes of Personal Care Per Day
• On-Site Social Activities
• Weekly Laundering of Sheets and Towels.
