Our next step is drafting the Request for Proposals (RFP) inviting developer proposals for redevelopment of the Old Town Yard. The community-authored RFP will articulate our priorities for redevelopment of the Old Town Yard and guide the selection of the winning development proposal. In the New Year, the community will finish the RFP, complete the land disposition agreement to be entered into with a future developer, and ensure that the Old Town Yard redevelopment advances the community’s various priorities.
