The Department of Public Works is excited to begin the improvements of a section of water main on Elm Street between Pine Street and Elm Square. This work is scheduled to begin the week of December 7th.

Update: On Thursday, January 21st, the Town's contractor will continue water main work on Elm Street. This will include a shutdown of Elm Street from Maple Avenue to Wolcott Avenue and Elm Street from Carmel Road to Walnut Ave, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The construction may cause some adjustments in driving patterns; there may be detours and delays. Emergency vehicles will not be prevented from responding to their calls.
