The Andover Health Division has arranged for Letourneau’s Pharmacy to conduct a Pop-up Covid-19 Booster Vaccination Clinic for those 18 years old and older. Appointments are limited, and preregistration is required:
When: Wednesday, December 22, 2021
Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, By Appointment Only
Where: Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St. – 2nd Floor
Vaccine: Moderna Only
Age Range: 18 Years Old and Older

- Insurance card so that Letourneau’s can bill your insurance; no one will be denied a vaccine due to lack of insurance.
- Your Covid-19 Vaccination card
