[ARCHIVED] Annual Town Census

The Annual Town Census has been mailed to all residents.  Residents are required to review, make changes, sign and return your census to the Town Clerk's Office by March 15th in order to avoid being removed from the voter rolls.  The data collected from the Town census is used for a number of things including determining aid given to the town from the state, and to verify residency for both military benefits and in-state tuition reductions.

A blank census form can be found here :  Andover 2022 Census Form

Included in the census mailing, you will receive information from several local groups and a dog license application.  If you don’t own a dog, please disregard the dog license application form.

You cannot register to vote on the census form.  However, registering to vote is easy and can be done several ways. To register to vote online visit: www.RegisterToVoteMA.com (have your license or an I.D. issued by the Registry of Motor Vehicles available).  To register to vote by email send the Town Clerk's office an email to request a voter registration form at townclerk@andoverma.us.  You can also register to vote in person at the Town Clerk's Office in the Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
