The Town of Andover is opening the Robb Center, 30 Whittier Court, at 8:30 PM on December 23rd for residents who need a place to stay warm or charge their electronic devices. The Robb Center will be open throughout the night and into the morning and will be staffed by Town personnel. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone traveling to the Robb Center should exercise extreme caution while traveling.
