As construction progresses on the Downtown Parking improvement project, Lot Two, located at the corner of Bartlet Street and Park Street, has reopened for public parking. The lot was previously closed for construction in April. While construction at the lot is substantially complete, finishing work remains ongoing in the lot which may result in limited spaces being restricted throughout the coming weeks.
Lot One, located immediately behind Old Town Hall, is expected to close for construction on July 1, 2023. Parking will remain available in Lot Two, the Main Street Lot at 89 Main Street, and on streets throughout Downtown Andover during the closure of Lot One.

Construction Notice:
Starting Thursday, June 15th Park Street will be closed from Main Street to Florence Street for reclaiming. This closure will be in place on June 15th and 16th from 7 am - 4 pm. Parking lots and businesses will remain accessible. At the conclusion of work each day the road will be in a gravel condition, midweek next week the first layer of pavement will be placed. In the interim the contractor has been instructed to utilize dust control measures daily. Additional notice will be sent out when we have a firm date for paving. The construction may cause some adjustments in driving patterns; there may be detours and delays. Emergency vehicles will not be prevented from responding to their calls.
