The Town of Andover’s general contractor, Five Oaks Construction, will be replacing the water main and water services in the following areas:

• Wolcott Avenue
• Whittier Street (Elm Street to Chestnut Street)
• Summer Street (Elm Street to Howell Drive)
• Park Street (Bartlet Street to Whittier Street)
•  Florence Street

Construction is anticipated to begin May 30, 2017. This work may periodically affect traffic in the area.
