The 2023 paving season will begin on Monday, March 27th. Please view our street listing and follow along on our paving status map to stay updated as the project progresses. Additional streets will be added to the street listing and map at a later date so please check back for updates.
Daily construction will begin at 7:00 am and could go as late as 7:00 pm, depending on the type of work being done. Please be advised that there will be full and partial road closures to facilitate work on the roads. Please take notice of detour signs and police details. Emergency vehicles will be able to pass through during construction.

Construction Notices
Starting Monday, August 28th, all of Barnard Street will be closed for paving, Bartlet Street from Chestnut St to Park St will be closed for paving (see map) and parking lot 1 directly behind Old Town Hall will be closed for paving. This closure will be in place from 7 am-4 pm. Parking lot 2 and businesses will remain accessible, although there may be a delay in access while equipment is moved. The construction will cause some adjustments in driving patterns; there will be detours and delays. Emergency vehicles will not be prevented from responding to their calls. Sidewalks and entrances to buildings will not be impacted.
