The Town of Andover is pleased to announce the first lottery at Riverside Woods for affordable garden style condominium units to be sold to income eligible homebuyers age 62 or older.  Riverside Woods, located at 459 River Road on the property of the former Franciscan Seminary, is a senior residential development with a variety of housing options for seniors.

Application packages and additional information are available at the Andover Town Offices in the Office of Community Development and Planning, at Memorial Hall Library, and at the Center at Punchard.  For additional information, please use the link below to access the lottery website or call 781-329-8201.

The first public information workshop will be held on September 6, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Memorial Hall Library, 2 North Main Street, Andover, MA 01810. 

Applications are due October 9, 2017 at 5:00 PM (see application for information on how and where applications are to be submitted.) The Lottery drawing will take place at Memorial Hall Library on October 17, 2017 at 6:00 PM.
