The Andover Town House is a historical and unique venue for your event. With a seating capacity of 150 people for a sit down dinner, or 200 or more for cocktail and theatre style functions, the possibilities are endless.

The Andover Town House was built in 1858, and is located on Main Street in historic downtown Andover, MA. Completely renovated in 1989, the facility is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a wide variety of events from weddings to anniversary parties; from concerts to fundraisers.

The facility includes tables and chairs, on-duty custodian, and is handicap accessible throughout.

At the Andover Town House there is only one function scheduled per day. Renters may choose from an Approved Caterers list of more than 20 caterers and bar service agencies.

Rental & Catering Policies

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservation. The balance of the rental, along with a separate $300 security deposit, is due one month prior to the event.
  • Renters may choose from an approved list of more than 20 caterers and bar service agencies.
  • All arrangements for service of alcoholic beverages must be approved by the Facilities Services office.
  • Renters planning to have a cash bar must obtain a one-day liquor license from the Town Clerk's office.
