In this interactive class, you will learn techniques on combining your written work with simple art techniques to help you establish an art journaling practice of your own. You will create a “paper bag” journal and several spreads throughout the evening using limited supplies that you should have on hand.

A stack of scrap paper/magazine pages
A stack of junk mail
A paper punch
A piece of ribbon or string
Something to add color (paint, watercolors, colored pencils, markers, and/or crayons)
Sharpies/black markers in varying sizes
