    Downtown Andover

ACE is thrilled to be celebrating our 11th Anniversary of this beloved Andover tradition from October 14th to October 28th on Main Street in downtown Andover! Our theme this year is When I Grow Up, I Want To Be…The children of our community are our future; scientists, educators, artists and engineers, our kids truly can do anything. This year’s scarecrows will represent the aspirations of the generation after ours; we hope to see creative musicians, happy world travelers, and brilliant scientists as we drive and stroll through Andover this fall. Community members are invited to stroll along Main Street and enjoy the scarecrows for the two-week festival. As in past years, ACE will host an ongoing, self-paced scavenger hunt and a kick off event on Saturday, October 14th in front of Old Town Hall from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Andover Housing for All, in partnership with Greater Andover Indivisible, presents a housing forum, How to solve the affordable housing crisis. The forum will feature speakers and information tables to provide an understanding of affordable housing. Speakers will share how their organizations are working to increase the supply of homes people can afford for households of different sizes, at a range of income levels, and in different stages of life. The forum will educate and inform the community about the importance of a diversity of housing choices needed to make Andover a thriving and welcoming Town, and the actions we can take as individuals to create those opportunities.
