REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened.  The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

Designer Services for Renovations of the Existing Restrooms and                     11:00 AM

Storage Building at Lovely Field at Andover High School.

The Town of Andover is requesting qualifications for Design and Construction Administration Services for renovations of existing restrooms and storage building at Lovely Field at Andover High School.

Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained on the Town website located at www.andoverma.gov/bids. 

No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the

opening thereof.

The fee for these services is not to exceed $75,000.00 and will be negotiated with the selected designer.

There will be a Briefing Session held for all interested parties on March 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the Lovely Field at Andover High School Field House, 80 Shawsheen Rd., Andover, MA 01810.
