Annual Town Meeting will begin on Tuesday, April 28 at 7:00 PM, and will be held at the J. Everett Collins Center for the Performing Arts at Andover High School, 100 Shawsheen Road. The Meeting will continue on Wednesday, April 29 and Thursday, April 30 if needed. All registered voters in the Town of Andover are eligible and encouraged to participate and vote at Town Meeting.
Town Meeting is a distinct civic tradition that offers voters an opportunity to weigh in on issues of critical importance to the Town. Voters at this year's Annual Town Meeting will be asked to make decisions on a host of significant topics, including adoption of the FY 2027 budget, funding to support improvements at Andover High School, and investments in the next phase of the Chandler Road Recreation area.

Finance Committee Report
All households will receive the Finance Committee Report by mail in advance of Annual Town Meeting. This report includes a summary of each warrant article, along with recommendations issued by the Finance Committee and other relevant boards and committees.
Voters are encouraged to review the report carefully and bring it with them to Town Meeting.
Registering to Vote
The deadline to register to vote at Annual Town Meeting is Saturday, April 18. Voters whose registration is already active are not required to take further action.
Voters may register in person at the Town Clerk’s Office, temporarily located at Old Town Hall, 20 Main Street. Residents may also register online by visiting www.RegisterToVoteMA.com. To complete the online registration, residents must have a valid driver’s license or identification card issued by the Registry of Motor Vehicles, subject to the applicable deadline.
Mail-in voter registration forms or change of party forms must be postmarked by the applicable deadline.

Electronic Voting
Voting at Town Meeting is conducted using handheld electronic voting devices. These devices allow for efficient and accurate vote tabulation, while ensuring that all votes are recorded clearly during proceedings.
