The Town of Andover is looking for skilled, qualified, and experienced drivers with their own truck/equipment to provide plowing services for the winter of 2024 - 2025. In addition to competitive rates, the Town is offering a sign-on bonus of $300 per vehicle (payable at the end of the season) and is also offering an attendance bonus for contractors that meet specific guidelines.
Requirements:
- Vehicle(s) must have commercial or Snow Removal Plates
- Minimum gross vehicle weight of 8,600
Attendance Bonus:
Contractors that meet specific guidelines for attendance will be paid a 10% Attendance Bonus at the end of the season. The percentage will be based on the total compensation for actual hours worked paid out to the Contractor during the 2024-2025 snow and ice season.
