The Town of Andover is currently experiencing a disruption to our inbound calling services. Due to an issue with carrier equipment, most callers attempting to reach a Town phone line may encounter a fast busy signal. This issue has been reported to Verizon, and we have requested expedited service because of the widespread impact.

Outbound calls, internal extension-to-extension calls, and calls to public safety numbers are not affected and continue to function normally. 

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work with the carrier to resolve the problem. Updates will be shared as soon as they become available.
