Andover’s Annual Town Report is an award winning-caliber document. Earlier this year, the 2024 Annual Town Report earn first place in the Massachusetts Municipal Association’s Town Report Contest for communities with a population of 30,000 or more, marking the second consecutive year that Andover has earned this honor.
All towns in Massachusetts are required under Chapter 40, Section 49 of the Massachusetts General Laws to publish an annual report prior to Town Meeting. Annual Town Reports dating back to 2013 can be viewed on the Town’s website. Earlier reports are on file at Memorial Town Library.
