Lowell Street will be closed in the area around 277 Lowell Street from Monday, September 15 through Friday, September 19, 2025, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to allow for the replacement of a drainage culvert as part of the Lowell Street Water Main Project.
Detours will be in place to guide drivers around the work area. Residents are advised to avoid the area, seek alternate routes, and anticipate travel delays. Access to homes will be maintained at all times.
