The Town's project landscape architectural firm, Activitas, will present potential design options for the site.
The Chandler Road Recreation Area is a 44-acre property at 138–140 Chandler Road that was acquired by Town Meeting in 2022 to expand recreational opportunities in Andover. Improvements to the site are advancing in phases to support thoughtful planning and community engagement. With Phase I introducing the site’s first amenities, Phase II is now moving into design for more substantial recreational features, guided by resident feedback gathered through a recent community survey and other public engagement efforts.
