Town Manager Andrew Flanagan released the recommended FY2027 Budget and Financial Plan on Friday, February 6. The recommended operating budget totals $265.9 million for the upcoming fiscal year, and is designed to maintain the Town’s long‑standing fiscal stability while supporting strategic investments that strengthen services and organizational capacity.
Built on the principles of Andover’s Long‑Range Financial Plan the recommendation reflects a continued commitment to disciplined financial management and while remaining responsive to the evolving needs of the community.

The FY2027 budget recommendation will undergo review by the Select Board, Finance Committee, and School Committee before being considered by Town Meeting on April 28.
