Andover homeowners, renters, landlords, and small businesses can reduce energy costs and improve comfort with assistance provided through the Town’s new Mass Save Community First Partnership (CFP) program. This program is focused on helping residents  gain access and personalized assistance with energy improvements for their homes and businesses. This initiative is sponsored by your local Mass Save Sponsors, Eversource and National Grid to help the community save energy, lower utility bills, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

HOMEOWNERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS

If you own a single-family home or a 1–4 unit residential property in Andover, Mass Save offers no-cost and low-cost energy solutions designed to lower heating and electric bills year-round.

Available benefits include:

  • No-Cost Home Energy Assessment to identify energy-saving opportunities
  • Up to 75–100% off insulation upgrades and 100% off air sealing
  • Rebates for high-efficiency heating, cooling, and heat pump systems
  • 0% interest HEAT Loan financing for qualifying upgrades
  • Free energy-saving products such as LED bulbs, smart thermostats, and advanced power strips
  • Income eligible homeowners can receive no-cost weatherization upgrades and new home appliances

Income-Eligible Energy Assistance 

Income-eligible homeowners and renters in Andover may qualify for enhanced Mass Save energy efficiency services, including deeper upgrades at no cost.

  • Increased rebates and support services

Eligibility is based on household income and those who own or live in a 1- to 4-unit home Participation can significantly reduce energy bills while improving home comfort.
