The Town of Andover developed a five-year Complete Street Prioritization Plan containing a list of anticipated transportation projects with input from the community. This Prioritization Plan, approved by MassDOT on April 17, 2024, provides up to $500,000 through a four-year rolling period to help guide Andover towards an enhanced multimodal transportation network to meet the needs of those who walk, bike and drive in Andover.
